Mr. Zhang is the founder and president of YouJet. He began his aviation career as an airline pilot in 1994 and was promoted to his first management position in Flight Standards as a training instructor on the Airbus A340 in 2001. Mr. Zhang retired from Airline Flying and as VP, was instrumental in forming a successful, well known business jet company in Hong Kong in 2011. Then in the year 2016, to address the unique needs for individual private jet owners, Mr. Zhang formed more personalized business jet company called YouJet, where he has the management role as President.

Mr. Zhang is the founder and president of YouJet.
He began his aviation career as an airline pilot in 1994 and was promoted to his first management position in Flight Standards as a training instructor on the Airbus A340 in 2001. Before joining YouJet, Mr. Simon had worked in the large international airline companies in Hong Kong, Japan and New Zealand. He had been the training instructor for Boeing and Airbus aircraft, and now have Dassault F7X and Bombardier Global7500 pilot licenses.
